A McLaren Vale shiraz worth investigating.
Indeed it’s McLaren Vale shiraz to a tee and it’s a very good rendition of it. It’s hearty, generous, fruit-driven and well-balanced, with blackberry jam, plum, cloves and chocolate notes aplenty, complemented by coffeed tannin. I can’t see any area where it falls down.

Sangiovese at the heartier/bigger/sweeter end of the spectrum but well made and
certainly good to drink. Blackberry jam, liquorice and tobacco notes. Firmish tannin.
